bdjl Terms and Conditions

General Terms

bdjl (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "Site") is an online gaming and betting service. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document form a legally binding agreement between the user and bdjl.

These Terms apply to all sections of the site — casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots and other services. Each section may have its own additional terms, which will supplement these general terms.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. It is prohibited for the same person to create multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. bdjl reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. The name, mobile number and payment details provided at registration may be verified at a later stage.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjl reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card or equivalent document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, bdjl support must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Activity

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be temporarily suspended. Contact support to reactivate. An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been completely inactive for more than 12 months.

3.3 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing. Account closure requests are processed within business days.

3.4 Account Suspension or Termination

bdjl may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Use of a false identity or documents
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonuses

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad and Rocket are supported for deposits on bdjl. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however identity verification may be required for large amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad and Rocket may be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Approval

bdjl reserves the right to review withdrawal requests. Additional verification may be requested for security checks. If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete.

4.4 Deposit Confirmation

Once a deposit is successfully completed, it will be reflected in the account balance. If a deposit does not appear in your account, contact support with the transaction reference number. In the event of a failed transaction, the funds will automatically be returned to the source method.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdjl offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus has specific wagering requirements and an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will expire and be cancelled. Winnings earned from a bonus will be transferred to the cash balance only after the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are provided for fair gaming purposes only. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to avoid wagering requirements, or using coordinated betting strategies are considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 Other Promotions

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Settlement of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. In sports betting, event results will be determined according to the official result of the relevant sports authority. In the event of any dispute over a result, bdjl's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds, incorrect payouts or game errors arising from system faults or technical issues are identified, bdjl reserves the right to void those transactions and return the original deposit. Winnings from clearly incorrect odds or inconsistent game results may be cancelled.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

Games available on bdjl are operated by third-party game providers. These games have their own RTP and payout rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of a game before playing it.

6.4 Betting Limits

Maximum betting limits may be set for each game and bet type. bdjl may impose separate limits for specific cases or high-risk bets. Higher betting limits may apply for VIP members.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjl platform:

• Using another person's account or accessing an account without authorisation
• Creating an account using a false identity or documents
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods

7.2 Technical Interference

• Introducing viruses, malware or harmful code
• Using web scraping, bots or automated software
• Exploiting or abusing system vulnerabilities

7.3 Money Laundering

Depositing or withdrawing funds from illegal sources, or using the bdjl platform as a means of money laundering, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Continuity

bdjl does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues. bdjl is not liable for any loss suffered by users in such circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Services

bdjl is not responsible for errors or delays by third-party game providers, payment providers or other services. These services are governed by the respective provider's own terms and conditions.

8.3 Responsibility for Decisions

Gaming and betting decisions are entirely the user's own. bdjl is not liable for any financial losses. Users acknowledge that they are participating in games of their own free will and with full awareness.

12.2 Service Termination

bdjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the service, for any reason or no reason. In the case of permanent closure, reasonable advance notice will be given to members and any remaining balance will be refunded.

12.3 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable or void, the remaining terms will continue to be fully in effect without that clause.
